ALMOND'S BASKETS INGREDIENTS:

Almond's baskets

Instructions:
Yield: 12 servings
3tablespoon margarine, soft
1cups flour
1  egg's yolk
¼cups water
1tablespoon cognak
cups almond, grounded
1cups sugar
3  white of egg

1. Divide margarine into 3 pieces of the equal size. To pound one part with a flour before formation of crumbs. To mix a yolk with water and to add there. Slightly mix and to generate a square. To turn in a film and to put in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.

2. The remained margarine to finish to a room temperature.

3. Warm up an oven up to 200 g C. Grease small low forms for small baskets oil. To unroll a dough up to thickness of 2 mm. To cut on circles, hardly there is more than diameter of the form. To lay in forms. For a stuffing to mix almonds with sugar and fibers. To put on 1½ teaspoons stuffings in each form.

4. Cut out strips thickness of 8 mm and to spread out a dagger on a stuffing. To bake on the lowest shelf of an oven of 20 minutes.
