¼teaspoon Pepper
½teaspoon Garlic powder
1teaspoon Liquid smoke
1cups Water
4teaspoon Morton Quick Cure

Mix together well. Shape in two rolls, wrap in heavy foil and refrigerate for 24 hours. Cover with water and boil 1 hour. Yes BAlogna. Randy Rigg
