Bay Country Crab Soup

Yield: 5 Quarts
1lb Beef shin; bone-in
3qt Water
1lg Onion; chopped
2lg Stalks celery; chopped
1  1 pound can tomatoes
1tablespoon Salt
¼teaspoon Black pepper
1/8teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1package Frozen mixed vegetables;
1package Fresh or frozen mixed soup
1lb Maryland regular crabmeat
½lb Maryland claw crabmeat;

Put first 8 ingredients in a large pot and simmer covered, until meat is tender, about three hours. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer covered until vegetables are done.
