Beer Marinade for Beef

Instructions:
Yield: 8 Servings
2can Beer (12 oz or 10 oz cans)
2teaspoon Salt
½cups Olive oil
1teaspoon Ground cayenne pepper
1tablespoon Wine vinegar
1tablespoon Prepared horseradish
1teaspoon Onion powder
2tablespoon Lemon juice
1teaspoon Garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade. Then use as a basting sauce for the meat while it cooks.
