CABBAGE SLAW INGREDIENTS:

Cabbage Slaw

Instructions:
Yield: 1 servings
1  Cabbage head
1teaspoon Salt
1cups Sugar
¾cups Vinegar
½cups Water
2cups Celery, finely chopped
½cups Red pepper, finely chopped
½cups Green pepper, finely chopped

Chop the cabbage fine, add salt and let set for 2 hours. Mix the sugar, vinegar and water; let it come to a boil. When cool, add celery and peppers. After the 2 hour wait, squeeze water off the cabbage and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Store in refrigerator several hours before serving.
