Yield: 6 Servings
3  Chicken breasts, skinned
1teaspoon Salt
  Dash pepper
1tablespoon Dried onion flakes
1  Green pepper, seeded
1  Clove garlic, minced
1can Whole tomatoes (15 oz)
1can Sliced mushrooms (4 oz)
2teaspoon Tomato paste
1  Bay leaf
¼teaspoon Thyme
2tablespoon Pimiento, minced

Halve chicken breasts. Chop pepper. Wash well, and pat dry. Combine ingredients in Crockpot. Add chicken pieces, pushing downinto liquid to thoroughly moisten and coat. Cover and cook on Low setting for 7 to 9 hours. Each serving, 120 Calories.
