sugar and beat till stiff. yolks till thick. Fold into whites along with cocoa . Grease a jelly roll pan, line with waxed paper and grease the paper. Spre batter in pan, Bake 20 min. at 350F.
Invert pan onto towel dusted iwith sifted cocoa or powdered sugar. Roll up cake with towel. When cooled, unroll and spread with chocolate fil or whipped cream. Reroll.
