8sl Extra thick bacon; diced,
2  Garlic cloves; crushed
12  Baby artichokes
12  Sun dried tomatoes
4teaspoon Fresh tarragon, chopped
¼cups Pine nuts
¼cups Cream sherry
1cups Chicken stock
1cups Heavy cream
  Salt and pepper (to taste)

In a large skillet place the oil and heat it on medium high until it is hot. Add the chicken breasts and saut‚ them for 3 minutes on each side, or until they are lightly browned.
