Edie Acsell's Marinade

Instructions:

Yield: 1 servings

Beef,poultry,pork,fish,veg's
3		Garlic cloves; minced
½	cups	Safflower oil
½	cups	Tomato juice
½	cups	Soy sauce
½	cups	Brown sugar
½	teaspoon	Freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 2 cups.
