1. Mince the garlic cloves in a blender or food processor using as little water as possible. 2. Scrape the garlic puree out of the container in to a ice-cube tray and freeze. 3. Pop out the garlic ice-cubes and store in firmly sealed freezer bags or small freezer containers.
: 1 garlic ice-cube = 1 tablespoon garlic puree : 1 level teaspoon garlic puree = 1 large clove of garlic
