Recipe 4 All: Hamburger Corn Casserole Recipe

Hamburger Corn Casserole

Yield: 10 Servings
lb Ground beef, lean
1cups Onion, chopped
12oz Corn, whole kernel; drained
1can Soup, cream of chicken
1can Soup, cream of mushroom
1cups Sour cream
¼cups Pimiento, chopped
¾teaspoon Salt
¼teaspoon Pepper
3cups Noodles; cooked and drained
3tablespoon Butter; melted
1cups Breadcrumbs, soft

Lightly brown the beef; add onion and cook until tender, but not brown. Add drained corn, soup, sour cream, pimient, salt, and pepper. Mix well; then stir in noodles. Taste and add more seasoning if needed. Pour into 2-½ quart casserole, seal, and freeze. To serve, thaw and add melted butter to breadcrumbs and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
