Home Smoked Sausage (Kolbasy)--Czech

Instructions:
Yield: 1 Recipe
10lb Ground beef
3lb Ground pork
1sm Clove garlic
¼oz Chili powder
1/3oz Caraway seed

Salt and ppeper to taste. Mix all ingredients half an hour, stuff into casings; hang up on pole and smoke for 18 hours.
