Recipe 4 All: Jerk Marinade Recipe

Jerk Marinade

Yield: 1 Servings
1  Onion, finely chopped
½cups Scallion, finely chopped
2teaspoon Ground thyme
1teaspoon Salt
2teaspoon Sugar
1teaspoon Allspice
½teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1  Hot pepper, finely ground
1  Black pepper
3tablespoon Soy sauce
1tablespoon Cooking oil
1tablespoon Vinegar

Mix together all the ingredients. A food processor fitted with a steel blade is ideal for chopping and grinding. This will provide an excellent marinade for chicken, beef, or pork. Store leftover marinade in the refrigerator in a tightly closed jar for about 1 month.
