2lg Red bell peppers [cut into
2lg Yellow bell peppers [cut

1md Green bell pepper [cut into
1md Onion [cut into chunks]
cups Mushrooms [fresh][sliced]
1teaspoon Herb seasoning [salt free]
tablespoon Parmesan Cheese [grated]
