PHEASANT CASSEROL… INGREDIENTS:

Pheasant Casserole

Instructions:
Yield: 4 Servings
1  Pheasant, cooked and boned
2  Onions, chopped
4cups Pheasant or chicken broth
¼cups Soy Sauce
  Pepper
1tablespoon Parsley flakes (opt.)
2cups Celery, chopped
2cups Raw brown rice
1can Soup, Cream of Mushroom
1can Mushrooms (opt.)

Blend all and bake in casserole at 300-350 degrees for 2 hours.
