POLISH SAUSAGE INGREDIENTS:

Polish Sausage

Instructions:
Yield: 1 Servings
4lb Coarse Ground Pork Butt
1lb Coarse Ground Beef Stew
2tablespoon Coarsely Ground Pepper
1tablespoon Marjoram Leaves
8  Cloves pressed garlic
¼teaspoon Ground Allspice
3½teaspoon Salt
1cups Cold Water

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
