Pork-Sauerkraut Gulya C/p

Yield: 8 Servings
3lb Pork; boneless, 1½" cubes
¼cups Flour
1teaspoon Salt
3lg Onions; chopped
2  Garlic cloves; minced
  Cooking oil
teaspoon Dillweed
teaspoon Caraway seed
3  Chicken bou'ln cubes, crush
¼cups Water
tablespoon Paprika
3package Sauerkraut; 1 lb each, rinse
1cups Sour cream

Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper; set aside. Add onions to cooking oil in removable liner. Place liner in base and cook on high for 20 to 30 minutes or until onions are soft. Add garlic and cook for additional 30 seconds. Add pork and all other ingredients except sour cream. Cover and cook on auto 6 hours, low 7-9 hours or high 4-5 hours. Turn controls to off; gradually stir in sour cream. Serve imeejutly.
