3  Feet small hog or sheep
3lb Rabbit, cubed
1teaspoon Salt
½teaspoon White pepper
½teaspoon Black pepper
½teaspoon Thyme
½teaspoon Freshly grated ginger
2tablespoon Chopped fresh chives
2tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley

Prepare casings. Combine remaining ingredients; grind through the fine disk, and stuff into casings. Twist off into 3" links. Pan fry in oil.
