SPICY APPLE BREAD INGREDIENTS:

Spicy Apple Bread

  1-½ lb loaf
1cups Plus 1 tb Water
2tablespoon Butter or margarine,softened
3cups Bread flour
1/3cups Cut up dried apples
2tablespoon Dry milk
2tablespoon Sugar
1½teaspoon Salt
2½teaspoon Apple pie spice
2teaspoon Yeast
  1 lb loaf
2/3cups Water
1tablespoon Margarine or butter,softened
2cups Flour
¼cups Cut up dried apples
1tablespoon Dried milk
1tablespoon Sugar
1teaspoon Salt
1½teaspoon Apple pie spice
1½teaspoon Yeast

Sweet or Basic/white cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color.

Serve with Honey-Peanut Butter Spread

Mix 1 3oz pkg of cream cheese, softened and 2 tb milk until blended. Stir in ¼ c crunchy peanut butter and 1 tb honey. Cover and refrigerate any remaining spread.

Yield 2/3 c spread
