Recipe 4 All: Sukiyaki Recipe
SUKIYAKI INGREDIENTS:

Sukiyaki

Instructions:
Yield: 4 Servings
4tablespoon Oil
4cups Celery or water
2  Onions (mild),
3cups Mushrooms, sliced thinly
1cups Bamboo shoots, diced
1cups Beef broth
2  Tomatoes, peeled,
½cups Soy sauce
4cups Spinach leaves
1lb Sirloin steak,

Heat oil in skillet. Add all vegetables except spinach. Cook a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour broth and soy over vegetables. Stir. Add spinach and beef. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve hot over rice.

NOTES:

* An oriental-style cook-at-the-table dinner.
