    	   Chop up onion and celery, put in bottom of 9x13 pan.  Cut up Grillers  and place on top of onion/celery.  Cover with frozen tater tots.  Mix  the 2 cans mushroom soup with the one can water, pour over the top of  mixture in pan.  Sprinkle cheese and parsley. 
  Bake 1 hour at 350F.
