TUNA SOUFFLE INGREDIENTS:

Tuna Souffle

Instructions:
Yield: 4 servings
2can Tuna; drained, flaked
1cups Thick white sauce
3  Eggs; separated
2tablespoon Green onion; minced
2tablespoon Parsley; minced
  Salt
  Pepper

Combine tuna, white sauce, egg yolks, onion, parsley, and salt and pepper. Beat the egg whites until they stand in stiff peaks and fold into the tuna mixture. Pour into greased 1-quart casserole. Set casserole in a pan of boiling water and bake at 350F for about 45 minutes or until firm.
