Recipe 4 All: Tuscan Meat Loaf Recipe

Tuscan Meat Loaf

Yield: 4 Servings
1lb Ground round steak
½cups Fresh bread crumbs
½cups Milk
1  Egg, slightly beaten
1teaspoon Salt
¼cups Finely chopped parsley
¼teaspoon Fennel seeds
½teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
½teaspoon Paprika
½teaspoon Oregano
½teaspoon Basil
½cups Chopped onion
1  Clove garlic, minced
3tablespoon Butter

Preheat the oven to 350. With the hands work the meat with the bread crumbs, milk, egg, salt, parsley, fennel seeds, black pepper, paprika, oregano and basil. Cook the onion and garlic in the butter until golden brown. Blend with the meat mixture. Shape into a loaf and bake one hour. Serve with BASIL AND TOMATO SAUCE.
