Wine Marinated Kabobs

Yield: 4 servings
1lb Ground Beef
½lb Fresh Large Mushrooms; *
¼cups Salad Oil
½cups Burgundy Or Other Red Wine
1teaspoon Marjoram Leaves
½teaspoon Salt
1/8teaspoon Instant Minced Garlic
1teaspoon Worstershire Sauce
2tablespoon Catsup
* Mushrooms should be washed and trimmed.
